LIVE - England v http://www.senore.com/Cricket/India-c750- India tour of England- 4th Test – Match Update
At the end of five overs, England moved to 18 for no loss against India in the 4th nPower Test match, played at the Kennington Oval, London.
In a much anticipated clash, English skipper, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/JM-Anderson-c1705
was fit to play in the match.
As for his counterpart, http://www.senore.com/Cricket/P-Kumar-c2143.
It was Singh, who started the proceedings to Strauss but looked slow and strayed to the leg side quite too often, much to the frustration of his skipper.
However, it was some sight screen trouble that made it one of the longest overs in the series. The bowler is sure to look rusty after an absence of over 2 years from International cricket.
From the other end, it was http://www.senore.com/Cricket/I-Sharma-c1566, who opened the attack, bowling a tight over, giving away just 2.
http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Simon-James-Arnold-Taufel-c90354, waived away the plea. The very next ball was another good delivery from the seamer, which took an outside
edge of Cook’s bat, only to see the ball landing between the third slip and gully fielder.
In the next over, it was Strauss who got a thick edge of Sharma, which again fell in no man’s land.  The pitch is certainly on the slower side, and the Indians will have to cash in on the new ball or else it will be another easy sailing for the Poms batsmen.
In the fifth over of the match, it looked as if the left-armer was getting his rhythm back. He bowled to a good line and upright seam, which allowed him to get some late movement. Hopefully for the Indians sake, RP will get better as the match progresses.
