After being outplayed for two days by England, the tourists India finally were given a chance to bat in the fourth and final match of the Test series in England when the hosts after posting a mammoth tally of 591 runs declared their innings giving India
an opportunity to start their batting after lunch.

when he was caught by http://www.senore.com/Cricket/GP-Swann-c1501.
Tendulkar’s wickets wrecked havoc within the Indian ranks as signs of panic became evident when the next batsman http://www.senore.com/Cricket/I-Sharma-c1566, who was also dismissed after scoring
a run off nine deliveries. Both these wickets were taken by Swann.
At the end of the third day’s play, India had managed to post 103 runs on the board for the loss of five wickets with Dravid on 57 runs while skipper http://www.senore.com/Cricket/MS-Dhoni-c2028 standing on five runs.
