At lunch, Pakistan were 373 for the loss of six wickets with http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Adnan-Akmal-c42042 unbeaten on 50 and 22 respectively. The pair put on a 70-run partnership for the seventh wicket before the former gave his wicket away.

The fall of Asad did not help Pakistan stretch their lead up to 200, as the last four wickets fell for just nine runs.

This put a lot of pressure on Adnan, who was nearing his maiden Test half-century. He failed to cope up with the situation and was the last wicket to fall in the Pakistan innings after contributing 41 runs to the total.
