http://www.senore.com/Cricket/Pakistan-c755 did have the upper hand when play started today, but the opposition was still not out of the game.
However, the Men in Green got three big scalps in the morning session, which took the game away from Sri Lanka.
Sangakkara was the first wicket to fall in the day after scoring 30 runs. He was followed by veteran http://www.senore.com/Cricket/TM-Dilshan-c2691, who scored five and three in their respective outings.
The fall of these three wickets put the visitors on the back foot and they kept on losing wickets regularly in the second session’s play.
However, there was some resistance offered from all-rounder http://www.senore.com/Cricket/AD-Mathews-c913 and Dhammika Prasad, as the pair put on 56 runs for the seventh wicket partnership.
Prasad was dismissed after scoring 33 runs whereas Mathews remained unbeaten until the end, scoring 52.
