LLC or corporation for a restaurant?

I am planning to open a restaurant/bakery. Is it better to form an LLC or Corporation?

You definitely want to incorporate a restaurant.  If someone sues because they say they got sick on your food, you could be in some serious liability.

I would say a regular corporation would be better, but definitely consult an attorney who specializes in this type of thing.

You can just do it in your own name as your private business.  I don't see you facing any huge "liability" problems that justify paying $1,000 for corporation papers.  You can do that later when you are getting rich. /
