  1. Stanstead to Liverpool Street by train - tube from Liverpool Street to South Kensington

  2. Take the National Express bus at Stanstead (London Victoria bound) and buy a ticket in the office at the buspark there for GOLDERS GREEN. The bus takes ages to get from Golders Green to Victoria Coach Station so go to Golders Green where the bus pulls into a bus station right in front of the Underground. Buy your ticket here for your tube journey to South Kensington. Ask the bus driver the times of the bus back the next day. That is cheapest and quickest by far.

  3. The best way is to get the Stansted Express from Stansted to Tottenham Hale, and then the tube from there to South Kensington.

  4. train is the most cheapest

  5. National Express coaches to Stratford - 15 pounds return...

Terravision coaches to Victoria or Liverpool Street... it is closer to take the tube to South Kensington from Victoria..

Also you can get the train to Kings Cross... but I never used this..

All the methods of transport cost about the same, Stanstead is far away from London so there are no local buses (don't get a taxi as this will be expensive!)

It might be slightly cheaper if you book online www.nationalexpress.co.uk

You can buy a return ticket for the coach and use it whenever you want.

  6. Fastest way is as people have said is train then tube but it is not the cheapest.

Ryanair has a tie-up with Terravision coaches to Victoria for £8 one way and Easybus have mini buses to Victoria at £13 one way. Go to their web-sites to book.
