Last summer, LOSC Lille made a huge transfer coup when they attained the services of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Joe-Cole-c18694. The midfielder joined Les Dogues on a season-long loan. The operation resulted in success even though in the end, the club could not sign
the player on a permanent basis.
Now, it seems that for the Mastiffs, recruiting players from England could become a practise in vogue. Skysports claims that the northerners are now keeping tabs on a young player in the English Championship.
Ireland international, Aidan White, has been in great form for Leeds United in his first full season at the club. a left-back by trade, the 20-year-old is also capable of operating in the midfield and therefore, has the advantage of being a versatile player.
Lille treasure versatile players and the youngster could also be a good replacement for Franck Beria. Furthermore, Les Dogues are seeking to expand this particular area. Rudi Garcia has already been keeping tabs on the likes of Romain Hamouma and Bakary
Sako.
Besides his versatility, White also gives Garcia another advantage. The youngster is set to become a free agent when his contract expires next month. Leeds United were unable to negotiate an extension with the player and could see him walking out for free.
However, Skysports claims that as the player is under 24, an economic compensation must be paid by non-English clubs wishing to enlist the services of the young Irish.
Though the sum is paltry for Lille, the 2011 French champions will face stiff competition from the likes of Scottish giants Celtic and Bundesliga side Werder Bremen who have also been monitoring the player’s contractual situation in recent days.

now, Aidan White is looking towards the next step of his playing career.
