LPG Gas Connection and Ration Card?

I'm from TamilNadu Bachelor Can you please let me know how to get ration card and Gas connection In Bangalore...

First get removed your name from Tamilnadu Ration card and get a certificate from Civil supplies dept. and submit that in Bangalore PDS Dept. nearer to your stay and after getting this Ration card apply for a Gas connection. all this will take at least 6 to 8 months. may be due to elections in karnataka you stand to benefit it fast.
