  1. 1. Go back to school and get a higher level nursing degree.

    2. Go in to Social Work. It seems to be a  field that nurses who are burned out get into.

    3. Get your RN, and go into legal consulting, or work for an insurance company. - There are so many non-bedside jobs you can do as an RN.

    - - - Get your RN online:

    - - - Be your own boss as a LPN/RN:

  2. Anything else nursing will require you to be a RN.   And being a nurse without passing meds most likely means that you are in a supervisory position, which at the very least requires a BSN.

You can go into case management, social work, nursing education, in information management, or administration.  I suggest you look into getting a RN degree and your masters.

    Good Luck

  3. You can go back to school and become an RN which do a lot of more work. You can't do anything without the proper degree and the only step above LPN is RN.

  4. At the LPN level the options are limited especially if you do not want to go back to school. If you do not want to pass meds anymore I would recommend getting your bachelors degree in a field other than nursing.
