LSA'S wages?

I work 30hours per week. How much do others earn? approx

Support staff i work with is about the same. should be double !

I would say that was about the average. There are higher paid jobs out there. I think the idea was to reduce the wages of the LSA.'s as they knew that they would need so many to support all the s.e.n children in mainstream. Experience and more training may help you to get a job offering a better salary. Be careful though, if you become too good they will have you teaching on the cheap!

I work 4 days per week 9-4 and I earn alot more than double what you earn.

Me thinks you need a new job.
