LSAG has a safety report for the LHC...?

LSAG released a safety report for the LHC recently. LSAG said that the is almost no chance that it will destroy the world. I don't really see it doing that either but, is LSAG "reliable"? I mean, are they like a really big company thats respected and smart?

If brainpower were like fighting, then putting the people who say the LHC will "destroy the Earth" up vs the people in the LSAG would be like putting a fly up against a wall and then swatting it with a Peterbilt.

The "destroy the Earth" fly loses.
