LT37HVS not allow me to move controls of color

I have a TV Olevia LT37HVS and she does not allow me to move the shining controls of color, when I go to reset with the navigator remains the red image and I only can make level it entering color custom. Like can to introduce firmware MD37_8205_atsc_0415 to the TV if the port is like minidin PC > TV ?
