  1. yeah i have heard the tours  fun, afterwords you should stop by the sundowner, keep an open mind and you 'll have lots of fun there  i know we did

  2. FYI, the Sundowner is an strip club, so I think bd was deliberately sending you down a wrong path.  As for Lundy's Lane, it's where much of the bargain lodging and restaurants are.  There are some minor attractions, but nothing too big compared to closer down by the falls.  The tour sounds like a boon for hardcore history buffs who don't mind their passion mixed with Days Inns and shopping plazas.

For an interesting place to eat on LL, try the Flying Saucer Restaurant.  I assume they still run their 99 cent breakfast special in the morning.  It's not gourmet fare by any stretch, but it's not every day you get to eat in a UFO, or at least what one looks like if a Canadian restaurant designer would build it.

  3. As a lifelong resident of Niagara Falls,  I was not aware there even was a tour of Lundy's Lane.........but there is much too do on that street, as it is the centre of the Falls. Many restaurants and places to shop. Unless you are speaking of the Battle of Lundy's Lane tour, which mostly takes place in the old church cemetery, which is said to be haunted. Went to that once back in grade school, but did a lot of whispering and fooling around with my friends, so did not pay much attention.
