LYRA X3030 FIRMWARE UPGRADE RENDERED UNIT USELESS

I HAVE RECENTLY UPGRADED TO THE LATEST FIRMWARE AND NOW MY LYRA X3030 WILL NOT BOOT. IT SAYS FIRMWARE PROBLEM SEE USERS MANUAL. I TRIED TO ROLL BACK THE CHANGE BUT IT DOSENT WORK
