According to reports in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904, newly-crowned Bundesliga side, Borussia Dortmund’s, player, Nuri Sahin, is edging closer to a move to La Liga giants, Real Madrid. The Turkish International has been in fine form for Borussia Dortmund this season and it is
believed that the 22-year-old has agreed personal terms with the Madrid giants.
The youngster has played 26 international matches for http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Turkey-c3026 and has been one of the best players in the German Bundesliga this season. His sublime performances have not gone unnoticed in the Spanish capital.
This season, Borussia Dortmund have been by far the best team in Germany and much of this is largely due to Nuri Sahin’s excellent form, the driving force behind his side’s first Bundesliga salad bowl since 2002.
Last Saturday, 30th April, Borussia Dortmund defeated Nurnberg to win the Bundesliga title with two games left in the season.
Sahin has already been attracting interest from the likes of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Chelsea-c38786 for the past few months but it has been suggested that the Turk is likely to leave Dortmund for Real Madrid.
However, neither Nuri Sahin, nor Real Madrid, has commented on these latest developments. It has been rumoured that representatives from Real Madrid will travel to Dortmund in the coming days to discuss the transfer fee for the player.
It is thought that Nuri Sahin’s current deal with the club has a buy-out clause of 6 million euros. On the other hand, the German club has denied the existence of such a clause in the player’s contract.
It has been speculated that Real Madrid are willing to pay up to 10 million euros for the influential midfielder’s services in the next season.
Nuri Kazim Sahin is a product of the Borussia Dortmund youth academy. He is also the youngest player to have played in the German Bundesliga after he made his debut for the club at the age of 16 years and 355 days in a league encounter against Nurnberg.
Last season, Sahin made 33 appearances for the ‘Black and Yellows’ and since then he has become a vital part of Juergen Klopp’s side.
This season, Sahin has made 30 appearances in the league for Dortmund and has scored six goals along with eight assists.
It still hasn’t been finalized if Real Madrid would be able to land the Turkish International but it is certain that whichever club manages to acquire Sahin will have a very good player in the squad that can be the driving force for any team in the midfield.
