Is it hard to get into? Is it a good school overall?

Peterson's Online lists LIM as Moderately Difficult: in other words, they don't let everyone in, but it's not super-hard like an Ivy.  Based on their profile on Peterson's ( http://www.petersons.com/ugchannel/code/... ) it sounds like they care most about your interview, but that other factors, like personal essay and SAT scores, do matter somewhat.

LIM isn't as well-known, say, as FIT, but its location in New York City is a huge benefit.  Their site does also point out that 90% of graduates obtain jobs in their field within 6 months, which is amazing.
