Labour Day Schedule - Why is the Eastern Game Later?

Why is the game the Edmonton at Calgary game at 3:00 PM while the Toronto at Hamilton game is at 6:00 PM? Does anybody else find that to be a pain in the but? Wouldn't it make sense to play the Eastern Game first and the Western Game second (Like always)? I want to make the trip from Toronto to Hamilton but I've got to work early in the morning so it's much less appealing.

Is there some reason it's scheduled this way?

I think it's scheduled this way so CBC can capitalize on prime-time audiences in Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes. That's just what I think anyway,I don't know if there ever was a reason given by the CFL
