Labtec cam too blurry?

i installed a labtec camera and i tested it and it is too blurry that i cant see myself

You can try to adjust the focus.  There should be a button or wheel somewhere, or by turning the lens.  

Alternatively, check if there is a piece of clear plastic covering the lens ( this is for protection during shipping ), you must remove it .
