Either get is specially fitted or if you ride English buy a Wintec 500 all purpose with a changeable gullet and change the gullet to extra wide

I have had GREAT succes with the wintec saddles. They have ajustable gullets, For you, You probebly need a "Wintec Wide". If you live in Canada

your best bet is to go to a tack shop and have one specially made for her, trust me, for wide horses you have a job to find saddles that fit, same with narrow ones.

I think there is a Draft Horse website.  A friend has a Belgian where they buy halters and all extra large equipment for him.  Try goggling draft horse saddles or something similar.
