ok, so yesterday I was out with some friends and didn't go to sleep untill six in the morning, after about three and a half hours I get a call and it turns out that I have to go to work. I got home from work at four pm. I install carpet and it wasn't that bad today but then I called my gf and when I tell her that I didn't sleep much she got really mad. she INSISTS that it's really unhealthy to miss sleep like that but the truth is I feel fine so I need people to tell me if it really IS that unhealthy to miss about four hours of sleep........doctor's opinions greatly appreciated, thanks
