Lacking in sleep unhealthy?

hey i havent slept more that like 6 hours in the past 4 days is that bad or....idk...im not having trouble sleeping or anything i just dont wanna

  1. This is not healthy at all. Our bodies need rest. You will get run downed and not be able to think clear. Please get some sleep.


  2. As long as you get the same amount of sleep every night, you're fine. Some people like myself require less sleep. Your body will let you know when it needs the rest, because you'll probably sleep longer once in a while and not even realized it until you wake up and see the time.

  3. You're fine.

    Six hours is a little less than you probably need, but I don't think it counts as sleep deprivation, especially after only four days.

    If this goes on for months and months, you will want to make a serious effort to try to get a little more shut-eye, but in the short-term I wouldn't worry too much.
