Lacrosse Slides?

I play goalie for my 2nd year lacrosse club, and since we are pretty new we haven't really been taught about COMA and ADJACENT slides. I don't know if we use one of these we usually just have the closest person slide. But ever since I started my summer league team, other middies and defenders on my team that play for other teams during the spring in my area have been yelling this out and I have no idea what they are talking about. Please help. I have a game tomorrow and would like to know before then. Thanks in advance.

  1. Coma slides are when there is an attackman driving from X and the pole that is on the opposite side of the cage slides underneath the attackman after he is forced to do an inside roll.

Adjacent slides are when there is nobody on the crease so its set up in like a circle offense. If a middie from top left dodges down the left alley and beats his man the next man on the left side who is closest slides to him and everybody rotates along with him.
