Lacrosse exercises/drills to do alone?

& dont tell me to pass the ball at a brick wall. im not allowed to do it at my house.

  1. go to a school and shoot on the cage if there'sone there, and if you can play wall ball there.


  2. try doing stick tricks to improve you skills, it helps you feel where the ball is and you will gain better ball control.

  3. I've played lacrosse for 4 seasons. I learned that the best drill to do alone is to set up cones on your side walk or the road or grass, and practice dodging and cradling. Space the cones about 10 yds apart. Each cone is an obstacle, like a defender. Run up to the cone (Cradling of course) and fake one way before running around the other. Great Drill. Another variation is to switch the dominant cradling hand as you go around the imiginary defenders. When going right, switch the stick to your right hand. When going left switch it to your left hand. These drills are very effective in training for midfield or attack.
