Lacrosse footwear?

this is a question for lacrosse players. i was just wondering if u needed to wear cleats to play lacrosse or if it doesnt matter what u wear.. thankx =)

turf shoes are also great. nike makesa great pair.

i had a problem with all of the cleats that i had because my toes always hit the end, no matter what size i got, and it really hurt, and my toe nails kept getting really bruised, and it was no fun.

so now, i actually wear golf shoes, strangely enough, i have a pair of adidas, that look (and feel) just like running shoes except they have plastic spikes, which give you really good traction, and my toes are spared too!

I would wear cleats i suggest wearing soccer cleats or lacrosse cleats. Warrior Burn by new balance or Brine lacrosse cleats work the best they are really light and are great for running.
