i want to get a light head and shaft. I play middie. what would some good heads and shafts be?

harrow lacrosse, they have some great lightwieght shafts for your position . tremendous new head , legal called the turrette , grat mid, attack head . it is hard to pick a stick on advise . avoid online sales. often it mis-maych of brands thsat is perfect . a high percentage of the time, you may mix and match, and the feel is just a extension of your body. may be the most ungodly match ever. but you will know when you have the right combo. no shots, passes monitor time . it will work . just keep trying borrowing . stay with local sports shop. best of luck to you. or go into our basement . played too darn long . place should be mueseum .
