What are some good excercises to do to raise your lactate threshold?

  1. To increase your threshold you must do exercises, mostly running to raise the level of lactic acid.

    That would be runs at very fast speed for distances of at least 250 meters.

    If you do repeats then your body will begin to be able to function with higher levels.
