  1. You could be pregnant? Call the doctors office and ask them also it could be some type of infection.

  2. Some women do continue to produce milk for many months after weaning.  That's normal and nothing to worry about.

However, if you were completely dry and have now started leaking again,  (and there's no obvious reason, like new medication or extensive breast play during s*x) that may be cause for concern.  You might be pregnant, so test.  If the test is negative, see your doctor.  It's probably nothing, but the doctor will want to do some tests to rule out potentially dangerous conditions. (It could be as simple as a minor hormone imbalance or infection, or as serious as a breast or pituitary tumor.)

  3. I had that happen when my oldest was 2!  At 7 months post BF, I wouldn't worry.  If it keeps up, your doctor can check your prolactin levels w/ a simple blood test.  I had an infection in a duct but also has a mass show up shortly after noticing the drops of colostrum-looking fluid.

  4. that happened to me for a year and I'm pretty sure it's normal.  To be sure, you could have your prolactin levels checked.....

  5. sounds like hormones...

did you start birth control....or just get off?

  6. Perhaps you're pregnant?

  7. when I was pregnant with my second child I started lactating right away. That is how I knew I was pregnant, way before I was able to take a test.

    Good Luck

  8. Not being crude, but if you are in a relationship and having orgasms or a bf/husband who likes to handle your "girls", this can cause it too. Contractions in the uterus increase the milk hormones, as well as handling them. My daughter went through a phase at about 9 months old where she loved looking down my shirt and playing with my bras. I had the same thing happen! Good luck!

  9. your def. not preg,

same thing happened to me and i thought like my body thought i was still preg.

it just takes a while for it to stop it took like almost 1 yr for it to stop but if i squeezed myself it would restart again

now i turn 9 months next week and nothing ! ? the body is crazy thing
