  1. green tea with a muffin hommade lactose free, lunch sandwhiches and dinner mixed peppers, chopped carrot, babysweetcorn, green beans ,lentils, falaful.garden peas and rice stirfryed!

  2. breakfast, oatmeal. . .or cereal with a non-dairy milk, juice and toast with jam or margarine. or pancakes, with soy milk and other vegan replacements. and íf I´m in the mood I´ll make scrambled tofu breakfast burritos. dinner. . .spaggetti, or whatever, soup, vegan lasagna, or rice and a salad and potatoes. tea, just bread and jam with non dairy milk, or fruit and some tea. my fave meal is dinner

  3. Coffee with soya milk

Soya-based protein shake with 1/2 almond milk,1/2 water

soya yoghurt with dried fruit and nuts

or oat-based cereals with almond milk

soya or nut burger with any veggies

or roasted root veggies (i.e.spuds and carrots and parsnips)

in olive oil with a mix salad

or brown rice risotto with any veggies

  4. I tend not to have breakfast, but when I do have it I have cereal (normally Rice Krispies) with no milk or toast and peanut butter (which despite the name is okay to eat because it's all peanut oil.)

Lunchtime I have normally have a goat's cheese sandwich or cheese on toast with tomato, or if I'm at home I have soup (Safe to Eat do a really nice dairy free tomato soup, but normally I make it myself.)

Dinner time I normally have Spaghetti or Pasta with sauce or just bits of tomato and bacon etc. I sometimes have burger and chips or something too.

A lot of what I eat is no different to what other people eat, I just adapt it so it won't make me ill.
