ok.. well i was latley diagnosed with lactose intolerance :[but today when i drank soy milk lactose free i got the worst painin the world! my mom is so considered that i need to get calcium, so i have been eating edamane and i dont know what else has calcium in it beside milk cheese and yogurt(and i cant have any of that) pleaseeee help!thank youp.s. 10 pts for BEST answer :]
