Agree with them.  Affirmative Action for women does nothing but bring about inequality.  We want equality, not special benefits.  As long as women are treated differently professionally, they will never be considered equal.

there isn't really any affirmative action for women, but there are still some for minorities.  and if they do away with those, I give them a gold star.

That would be cool. I'd possibly vote for them if I were old enough to vote. In fact the reason why I refused to apply at a couple of jobs was because they said they use affirmative action. I don't want to be hired just because I'm a woman, and I wouldn't think it was fair if I were a man, so that would make me a hypocrite if I applied there. I think all types of affirmative action should be gotten rid of too.

It seems Stupid Americans would rather everybody go back to the Cotton Fields if you are a Person of Color and be Barefoot and Pregnant at home. They are all in Denial that Discrimination Still Exsists. Wait until they do Get rid of it and watch people regardless of race start Squealing like Pigs.  Caucasians Don't Realize they are a minority in the United States and Outnumbered by Latinos and Hispanics....You Go McCain!
