my period is due in 6 days. my husband and I are ttc. my b*****s are sore and I have sporadic mild cramps yesterday and today. Does this sound like a good chance of pregnancy?

what were your symptoms (if any) prior to your missed menstrual period?

  1. This is pretty dang similar to what I experienced whilst trying to conceive, so from my point of view it's a good sign (based on experience).

    But it really depends on what your cycles are like.

    Those are the only symptoms I had that early, just before I missed my period.

  2. Yes, I did the same thing both times. I  had cramps like I was going to start my period, but didn't.

  3. I had cramps as if I were to start my period, but AF never came. Also my b*****s got so sore I couldnt hardly even touch them & they were hard as rocks!!

  4. the thing is that pregnancy symptoms are the same as period symptoms. and it is too soon to have strong symptoms already. so wait until you MISS this period and then do a test. That is the best way to go

  5. woo! sounds like it. YOu sound just like i did .. my b***s hurt around my armpits and on the tops/ sides of them. And well the only other thing i had was mild cramping that i thought was my period but it never came. and i was a complete emotional wreck! lol! Good luck!

  6. I didn't have any symptoms. Do you usually get pms? if you do than that means yur period is coming. If not there might be a chance. Cramps usually can be a symptom so can sore breast. Wait until your period is due to find out. I wish you and your husband the best of luck.

  7. Sounds like my early symptoms. I felt like my period was coming, with the cramps, after knowing I was late.

  8. Pregnancy symptoms differ from woman to woman. A missed menstrual cycle is generally associated with an early symptom. Sore and swollen b*****s with a tingling sensation might be an early indicator of pregnancy. There are reasons why your period is late.

    * Stress - sometimes when you are so stressed out your body

       produces hormones that halt our bleeding.

    *  Illness.

    *  Overweight - too much weight can hormonally shift your

       cycles and even stop them.

    *  Underweight - If you do not have enough body fat you

       will not have regular periods, sometimes you can even

       cause your periods to stop all together. This is called

       amenorrhea.

    * Miscalculation.

    * Peri-Menopause

    * Anxiety or who follow insufficient or proper diet schedule

      can end up in delaying their periods too.

    I think the best thing you should do is to have a home test before you make a prenatal appointment. Good luck!
