Ladies, do you care about what other think of you?

Question

if not why do a lot of you wear makeup? why to seek other's approval and look good for them

are you afraid they might think you're ugly in your natural skin

why wear extra stuff on the face? why can't be natural like us guys and go to parties, clubs, school or work without any added material? afraid that you might be thought as ugly?

are you that desperate for a boost of self confidence and others approval hence have to wear makeup everywhere you go?

of course...ladies r vicious!! girls are waaaay to judgemental and catty so it's like you have to look good 24/7. i mean, i usually just wear a little eye liner and lipcolor because im not a HUGE fan of makeup but it's important to look good, from your face to hair to clothes. sometimes i wear sweats and a t-shirt but no guys tlk to u in sweats....

I do care about what other people think of me.

I can only speak for myself, but I think women wear make up to make themselves feel better not for approval. I know I feel more confident in myself when I'm wearing make up. It has nothing to do with anyone else.

It isn't as easy as that. There is almost an expectation for us to wear make up and be feminine.

I care what others think about me but at the same time I dress up and wear make up for Me, not for them.

At work I have a dress code which makes me dress up a little more than I usually do (I work in an office).

I rarely wear make up but when I go out I like to dress up, do my hair and make up and nails for me because it makes me feel gorgeous.

(and my guy appreciates it too).
