  1. If that is your only problem with him you should not be voting! That is like blacks that only vote for Obama because of his skin color, or a McCain supporter voting for him because he is white. That is just plain ignorant!

  2. Slighted? It's politics, not middle school.

No. I don't think Hillary wanted the VP spot.

  3. Hillary and Obama hold all of the same ideological views. You shouldn't be too upset.

  4. He should have chosen Hillary.  However, I'm still voting for him.  I don't like it, but I'm considering my rights as a woman and who gets onto the Supreme Court for a lifetime.

  5. No, but then I wasn't a Clinton supporter.

If more Dems had wanted HER, they'd have voted for her.

Better she holds her Senate seat; Obama needs a strongly Dem Congress to be able to accomplish anything.

  6. No, I'm embarrassed that Hilary fit the stereotype of catty sore loser in the beginning.

  7. No because he has a different agenda and is using Biden to appeal to a different demographic. Obama knows that he has the vote of the majority of Hilary supporters. Sure some will side with John McCain come November but Obama wants to distance himself from the Clintons and what their administration is all about at least in the public eye.

  8. no I'm happy he didn't pick Hilary. She wouldn't want the VP she wanted to be president not the VP.  and it's Obama presidency not Hilary's....If he choose her people especially the conservatives would be asking who is running for president Hilary or Obama?  I just think it would of been a distraction

  9. No.

Hilary wouldn't have been happy in the #2 slot. It wouldn't have been a good match.

  10. No. I feel Obama has terrible judgment by not selecting someone who won 18 million votes. It will really hurt him come November.

Edit: blamewhi - You read far too much into the question and missed the point entirely.

  11. why are you only asking this of ladies? There were millions of democratic men, myself included, who voted for Hillary in the primaries.

that being said. Hillary would have been a superior choice than McCain's choice, and Biden is clearly a superior choice over Palin. Biden is going to embarrass Palin in the VP debates.

  12. I feel much as Truth Seeker does.  I think his own narcissism has blinded him to the fact that Hillary could have brought him 18 million votes.  Sadly, he won't realize his error until November.  Obama has really done nothing to reach out to Hillary's supporters. That said, I don't think Obama is qualified; Hillary would have been a much more effective President.  Thus, I wouldn't have wanted her to pair up with Obama unless she was at the top of the ticket.

  13. I hope they aren't, I wonder if African Americans posed a question like this one if it would be considered racist. I am wondering if this question is sexist

  14. ... keep picking at the old wounds huh...

whats done is done really, we have to make do with what we have...

If you wont vote for Obama because Hilary isnt on the tcket, please dont vote...

and i dont mean this to be rude, and i really am sorry that the "dream ticket" didnt happen...

but let me tell you this, Obama would tuly be a fool if Clinton didnt make it onto his cabinet...

so please keep that in mind, just because she isnt on the ticket, doesnt mean she isnt in the white house
