Ladies, do you write in "chic-script"?

Question

You know, lots of loops and circles as you write. Almost no hard corners in your script? Someone looks at your handwriting and goes "A girl wrote that!" Why do girls write like this?

I am a girl and I don't write like one. I know some guys who write like a girl might. It all depends on the writer. A lot of it has something to do with personality traits. That's why law enforcement uses handwriting analysis to analyze a suspect, for example.

I'm a web developer, so I don't do a lot of writing on actual paper... consequentially, my handwriting is absolutely awful.  When I'm actually trying to write neatly, I do a lot of block lettering, and my cursive is completely illegible even to me, so I don't even bother with that.

Well I have no idea what "chic script" is but I am an artist and my handwriting is definitely artistic and with great flourish.  Who cares?  I have in the past worked in corporate and have witnessed the horrendous male lack of legibilitity.  So what is your point?  Get a grip.

I don't know, it's just the way I was taught. Girls usually write more bubbly then guys.

sorry, but my handwriting is worse than a doctor !!  i got unsatisfactory or needs improvement in school on my handwriting. the only bad grades i got... oh, well i am too old and set in my ways to change my handwriting now. so my answer is, no. no , i do not use loops and circles.

Well, my handwriting is definitely feminine, but I don't do a lot of circles, just loops.  I like the pretty "flowy" kind of look.

Nope, my letters are sharp and to the point.  I think some girls write like that because it's 'girly' and they want people to think they are 'girly'.

psh, f that...it takes more time and ink to write with all those extra frills
