If a guy said that to me I'd think he was g*y and was trying to ask me to borrow or buy my top. I never thought any pick up lines were good and if a guy tried one with me I'd pretend a friend was trying to get my attention or walked through the door so I could get out of there.

If you do pick up line than don't make it too fancy then it just seems wierd and things, but don't compliment something like that then she will get all embarrased and keep hiding from you! If she makes a project compliment on that or something
