  1. yes, the one who lets himself go is American and/or married.  we live to eat and drink.  we have never been taught moderation.

  3. The hard working man will have more energy because of his good appetite and exercise he gets.  Maybe not at the end of the day.   He will radiate sexiness with his self pride.

    The guy that lets himself go will lack energy and will not have the glow of pride and self esteem that a  good hard working man has.

    OMG  ..........I need a cold shower!  All this talk of hard working manly men...............I'm just gonna explode!!!!!

  4. If they are obese and always eating and thinking of food, they have let themselves go. If they are toned and in good shape, they just have a good appetite. I have let myself go completely. I should know
