Ladies/Girls only please its about my sister..panic attacks?

Hello,im 14 years old and a girl.

last night my sister(17years) had a panic attack and it lasted quite a long time( a little this morning aswell), she had no tablets because the doctor wouldnt give her any more.. im also really worried about her.

does anyone know what causes them and how i can help her?

  1. she eats pills for panic attack ? everyone has them sometimes :-0

    just talk to your mum..whats wrong with her ?

    does she have a hard life ? she shoul move, do something..study, work, sport etc..

    I started out taking prozac 20mg daily.. then it dropped to 10mg and now I am just taking 5mg and still doing very well. I might be considering taking medication off my life.

  3. The most important thing! Tell her to try not to worrie about getting one, because thats what causes them after youve had a few, its hard but with a little practice it gets better..

    Tell her to relax as much as she can, dont stress, think positivly and once again dont think about them!

    Another idea, get her to start remembering her dreams, every one dreams every night believe it or not, the more you try ro remember the easier it is, so make sure she does that, dreams reduce stress..
