Ladies Irish Open to feature Solheim Cup players
Ladies Irish Open, this year, offers perfect opportunity to see top Solheim Cup players in action. Being held in Ireland, Ladies Irish Open is considered to be a regular event for many stars of the European Solheim Cup team.
This year is unique as a member of the team is also the defending champion, Suzann Pettersen. The world’s number six player is looking forward to winning the event again this year.
It is interesting to note that the venue of the Ladies Irish Open this year is also the venue of the Solheim Cup. This interesting coincidence has not escaped the fans who will be flocking in to see the stars of the premier European golf team in action.

Last but not in any way the least, the fans will see the amazing Laura Davies in action. She has been on the European team for a record twelve times. She played in 1990, 1992, 1994, 1996, 1998, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2007, 2009 and 2011.
