  1. Not to be rude but seriously wtf do you think would happen if you ate more fruits and veggies...?


  2. It can be difficult to change habits of a lifetime but eating healthily will give you more energy and make you feel great- that is an incentive in itself. As they are low in fat (except avocados but packed full of vitamins) and release energy slowly you will maintain blood sugar levels and won't be tempted to snack on high energy junk therefore you will lose weight.

    Living longer with bags of energy and not being so susceptible to stress is the most important benefit.

    If you can't face fruit and vegetables in their natural state soups and smoothies are just as good.

    Get munching!

  3. why just ladies ?

    no changes as i still love kebabs , mentally i feel less sluggish and more able to concentrate when i eat well

  5. i replaced them for bread/pasta and lost 15 lbs
