No, I wouldn't. Too many long term implications plus unless the implants are the right shape, size material and placed in such a way to cover the edges of the implant shell it can end up looking unnatural.

I've always had nice full b*****s.  After breastfeeding 2 babies and turning 28 they just don't look the same.  So I say, if I had the money to spend, it's just one more way for women to look better as we age.  Personally, I'd rather get a tummy tuck. Bras are wonderfully helpful these days.

NO------------why----- for some man----??  im not a ladiey but i think a man should accept a woman just the way she is!!-------if you truly love her ---her breast size will not matter!!   why should a woman change herself to make a man happy----------this just seems wrong to me-----thats my opinion--- and i dont care how many thumbs down i get!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
