Ladies: Skirt help and advice?

I know its August but for halloween I am going to dress like a girl as a joke. Either costume that I will wear involves a skirt, and I've never worn a skirt before. Can you please give me some advice for wearing a skirt, such as how to deal with the wind and how to prevent upskirts?

just wear one that's tight and usualy denim doesn't fly up so there ya go!

Well, there's nothing you can really do about skirts flying up.

Unless, you want to pin your skirt to whatever your wearing under the skirt .. but, that also depends on the length of the skirt.

If its going to be windy, don't wear a skirt O__O

You can't really control skirts in the wind, but wearing leggings underneath might help.... and it would add to the outfit :3

just buy one that isn't too short or something. tuck your junk up behind or something. hahaha watch out for some men. unless its the lightweight cloth kind, then it might blow up, but if you get a jean skirt, it wont fly up. ahahaha. goodluck!

Hrm, well, you might want to put one on now, and walk around your room for a few minutes.  But I can't suggest much.  Just do any botmas (High ballet kick), and you should be fine.
