Ladies: What was up with this girl I liked and was it possibly something I did?
Since high school, there was a girl I would kind of flirt on and off with. She knew my dad at the convenience store in which she worked and her and I would talk and not sure if it were her personality, but she seemed nice to me. Like possibly she was interested. She'd always say hi to me (or go out of her way) and we'd talk. Even my friend told me to ask her out.
I did, but she was still in college at the time, since I remembered she was a freshman girl and I was a senior guy...she'd say hi to me all the time and I didn't know who she was (not to sound rude, just true).......
So I did ask her out (actually asked for her number) in front of her one of her girlfriends while I was jogging on day. She introduced me to her to be polite, and then her asked for her AIM sn, after she said she'd be all the way down in Georgetown.
I don't get what the problem was, because her friend gave me an "What's up with you dude" look.
Then I saw her months later at a new yeart's eve part

and she smiled and said hi, looked surprised to see me too, and I kept my distance.
I felt embarrassed. Then I talked to her to be polite and she asked me how my dad was, then I was asked her where she went to school and she was like "Why?". Never saw her like that before, but I guess that's how most of you act when a guy likes you but tries to play his cards right while maintaining his true self.....
Then I remembered being hammered and she walked away from me (I didn't talk to her much). Then the next morning she smiled at me, or actually went to see if I was sitting down.
Then months later, she said hi to me outside of a bar (like a so good to see you approach) and I didn't really acknowledge it.
I said hi, but Im going to kiss ***?
No sass, please. Ladies, if this happened with a guy you liked and thought he liked you back, you'd call him g*y.
