Ladies: Why were these guys being jerks?

Question

At the gym yesterday, my very first time there I saw a kid right when I walked out, whom I never saw before, give me this look like he was annoyed. Then I looked right back at him and he was staring me down, before I gave him a silent nod.

Then I walked by some other guy and said excuse me politely while he was about to start an exercise and he shot me a look.

What's that about? I was about ready to say something to both, but I brushed it off.

DUHN DUHN DUUUUUUUHN....ooohhhh who knows what could happen next, well maybe they think they are all that, just ignore them or ask them if they are okay and ask if they have a brain to be damaged, nah jokes don't dp that. Just ignore them.

Gym jerks.  Yet another reason I stay away from the gym.  It smells bad in there and the people are... well they're jerks (with overinflated views of themselves).  I get my workouts elsewhere- cleaning the house, walking to work, s*x....
