I need a new face cream/moisturiser for more mature skin and I don't know which is a good one. Has anyone got any recommendations?

  1. Serious answer: I am now using Dr. Denese's line. Been using it now for about two months. I love the way it makes my skin feel and look. She has several good day and night creams in her line. I highly recommend her line.

  2. Oil of Olay ....

its value for money as its relatively  inexpensive ....

  3. the body shop has an amazing range of products all catering to different skincare needs.

i use their jojoba oil day moisturiser and its really great. it gives enough moisture to last the whole day without being too thick or oily. plus its yellow which makes me happy in the morning haha :)

plus their vitamin e stuff is really good, you can almost feel your skin glowing.

plus theyre against animal testing and all their products are fair trade.

  4. something inexpensive like a simple refreshing cucumber moisterising day cream under my foundation. for cleansing my face i used ponds cold cream cleanser for years, since i was sixteen, up to a couple of years ago when i realised that although it had the same packaging the ingredients had changed and it didn't feel the same,it just wasn't the same as the original so i use the boots own cold cream cleanser now and it's very good.

  5. I dont know where you live but if you have a Marshall's or a TJ Maxx in your area take a look at their cosmetics, they have a large variety of quality creams imported and domestic and the prices cant be beat. I like the JOEY line of skincare, expensive stuff retail, affordable at those stores if you can find it, the problem is, it's hit and miss when youre looking for a particular brand.

  6. I haven't found a perfect moisturizer yet, but it has to be "non-comedogenic" (doesn't clog pores and give you adult zits!) and it must have sunscreen.  So far, a Eucerin lotion I got at CVS has been my winner.

  7. COCO Butter Lotion for the face, hands, and body.

  8. i am hopless so no creams will help

wife says she never has enough money when she goes to bed bath and beyond so i am guessing that since she is always beautiful that may be the place

    good luck

  9. I alternate between L'Oreal Definity and Elizabeth Arden.  Both are available at Costco at a significant discount over department store prices.  I alternate because each has its own benefits.

  10. I am like Debbie.  Now I am using Avon Anew

  11. Nivea cream

  12. you name it and i have used it. i have tried cheap creams and the very very expensive. i love the oil of olay line. they have a web site and it will ask you questions about your skin type and etc. and then tell you which of their products would work best for you.  love the product!!. go on line and give it a try. i have seen very good results for myself.  good luck.--- ah to have youth again...

  13. I use the Oil of Olay brand of moisturizers.  The daytime product has sunscreen and the nighttime version is more heavy-duty.  I have had good luck with these products and they do not cause pimples.  I do not need pimples to go with my wrinkles.

  14. I barely use shaving cream and then I use the old-fashioned mug and brush. I never got to the metro-sexual stage in life and now, I am not likely to start.

I don't think men generally have much of a face problem since shaving regularly exfoliates the skin and actually keeps it somewhat smooth.

Bay Rum, witch hazel, or Old Spice after shaving is about the most I'll use with an occasional dab of cologne behind the ears for the ladies.
