Ladies how woud you want to be proposed to?

I am just trying to think of exciting memorable ways of proposing. Not that i am doing any such thing anytime soon but i was just wondering. What is your dream proposal if it could go how ever you wanted. I dont want to hear cliche stuff like, Billboard, written in the sky, ring in the champagne glass, on valentines day, etc.

Privately . . . just the two of us.  Maybe while walking on the beach?
