Question:

Ladies only please....?

Every couple of months or so (usually mid cycle) I suffer from flu like symptoms where I feel really lethargic and I just want to sleep all the time and have no energy at all. I also suffer from lower back pain. Within two days I am back to normal. Does anyone else suffer from this sort of problem and is it related to the menstrual cycle as I suspect.

I am the wrong side of forty so should I be preparing for the menopause?

  1. I have symptoms like this. I believe some people just have different reactions to the menstrual cycle than others.

  2. I am a man, but I do know the answer to this... well it could be many things, but this could have to do with  milk duct blockages... assuming that you have previously had children....

See, don't always count out the men!

I would suggest, obviously, seeing your doctor to get a real diagnosis.

  3. im not really sure but i think your best shot would be to ask your doctor rather then yahoo answers. If he says thats normal ask him to prescribe something for you.
