hey my wife's birthday is coming up soon and and i want to buy her something special.. she's turning 21 and ive run out of ideas...(or i just think they're not good enough. she's gonna have a 21st birthday party so i cant really take her anywhere on that day.. :S some help from the ladies pls. :)

Just think the gifts you and her relatives already gave her. Think of something she told you she would like to have examples a necklace, a watch, a beautiful dress etc.

You say you are taking her to Thailand? What I would do is schedule something special for some of the nights but the also let her choose a couple of nights what you do. Let her go shopping with like $500 bucks or even just stay in and well... celebrate lol! Show her a good time. I would also buy her something like a promise ring, but it doesn't have to be a ring. It could be a necklace or bracelet. Tell her it is a promise ring but not to marry her (because you obviously already have). Tell her it is your promise to be with her forever. Tell her that you want it to remind her no matter wherever she is, you still love her and are thinking of her.

The best gift my hubby gave me was a dozen roses and 1 plastic flower. The card said that he like the plastic rose may not be as pretty or popular but as long as I wanted him he would be there unlike the roses that would whither and die. I cried ; )

The best way to find out what your wife wants is to go shopping her and pay attention to the things that she picks up and the things she comments on. If her birthday is coming up, she will probably try and drop hints even more.

Well, to be on the safe side depending on the day her bday falls on and if she works have her favorite flowers delivered.  As a gift buy her a gift card to her favorite store.
