for ladies. when looking for future partner, what is the least minimum income you expect your husband to make? you can say it yearly, monthly or how much he should make an Hour.

Notice: i said Minimum not maximum, means that if his income was less than this amount you will decline his marriage offer.

  1. Sophie said it best!

I would prefer him to have some kind of job..or maybe he is a student at university still...whatever..

Love is not guaranteed by money...

My husband makes less than I do, even though he is well educated...and it doesn't make me feel any less love or respect ....and If i wanted to quit my job and go to school again.. he would not comlain. Its not about money.....

  2. my minimum a year will be £25,000 so i think about that aswell for him. although as the main contributer to the family, it would be nice if he earnt more then me just incase i decide to leave work for good and stay at home with the children :)

    (inshallah)

  3. Money has nothing to do with marriage or lovers......

A partner should be able to support themselves....I can support myself quite nicely.....

  4. say, the minimum income expected from your future partner  is 3000 a month. said yes for marriage, after marraige if he starts earning less, will you leave him. so my dear, dont mix money with love and marraige, money comes and goes, love is forever !

  5. I expect for husband to at least make what I make or better! So at least 30,000 a year.

  6. csucmasy, may I ask you to look at these cases and chose from:

    - Person A: earns $6000 a months, he has 4.5L car and he supports his mum. he cannot quite control his expenses.

    - Person B: Earns $4000 a month, he does invest in Stock in his spare time, sometimes he makes money and sometimes he loses.

    - Person C: Earns $3000 a month, he is quite in control of his expenses and manages his budget very well.

    and 100s of other examples

You will never be able to chose out of these based on earning. you can find a millionaire who loses all his money after one week of marriage, and you can marry a simple person who gets rich slowly.

or just a normal person who you will be in love with him for the rest of your life.

At the end of the day, it is your choice.

    Edit:

Oooops, just noticed that this question is meant only for ladies to answer. apologies.

    .

  7. first, if i love him and he is truly deserve it, and e is a real man , then i dont care ow much he is paid unless he provides minimum living insurance.

i mean i dont care about the car or how big the flat is..

and i think in this circumstances, a 3000 LE monthly is a minimum.. just enough to save a little sum every month for the future and kids and stuff..,

if the wife is working and helping help with money ,then 2000 or less could be ok
