Ladies what is the best body scrub? Normal body scrub or micro-dermabrasion body scrub?

What is the best one in the UK, preferably from Boots etc. Thanx people.

scrubs or salts are not good for you they tear the surface of the skin. Try dove creamy oil body wash it gets your skin really soft & smells great!

I love Soap & Glory body scrub from Boots http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/s... & Use some exfoliating gloves which you can also buy in boots.

You're skin will be smooth and will smell really good :D

St Ives apricot body scrub, one of the cheapest and best i have ever used.

I have used it time and time again.

i always use virgin olive oil mixed with sea salt it leaves the skin feeling lovely
