Ladies when you first wore high heels in your life could you walk in them?

Ladies when you first put on high heels in your life could you walk in them or did you have problems getting use to them?

well since i was like 3 and wearing my mothers i kinda struggled.

i rarely wear heels

but i can run in them

i still cant walk in them they are a stupid invention and always have been because they are so painful on your feet and back and everything really though who even thought of them like i only wear them when i have to!!! maybe i just a tomboy really??

It was in high school and I was fairly athletic, so I had an easy time acclimating to heels.

haha, no i could barely walk...

i started early tho, i think i first wore them when i was 7 :)

No i fell down about 2 times in a row, but they work for me now.

Haha I first wore them in fourth grade and I tripped over everything. =] I'm used to them now though, but I'd much rather wear my New Balance running shoes. =]

The bigger challenge is finding heels in my size. I am only 13 but my feet are size 11s.

i started out wearing low heels when i was 11 and just kept geting higher heels as i got old so i never really noticed the change in height, just breaking in new shoes not the height.

it took me like 15 minutes to get used to them,

I started with a "pump" or a smaller heel to get used to then and graduated to the stilettos!

yeah definately cuz all my life before that i had always walked on my toes so walkin in heels was just a stroll in the park. i hurts for me to wear flats. i need some kind of arch in any shoe that i wear. haha

I had a small balance problem at first but after a few steps it was easy.

Now I can work in them all day and then day all night.  And remember high heels make your calves look great.
